There is no measuring required for our officially licensed frames—we already know the specific frame size you need based on your military certificate or honorable discharge document. We've built an extensive database, containing the exact dimensions of government-issued documents by each U.S. Military force, to ensure a perfect fit.
To create your own certificate frame, simply provide two important measurements: your actual document size (the overall physical size of your document) and the printed area size. The ‘printed area size' is where the printed text or imagery begins and ends—from the top of the highest lettering to the bottom of the lowest detail (such as a seal or signature), and from the farthest left to the farthest right text or image. Supplying these details will ensure a perfect fit for your document.

If we are shipping to an APO address we use the United States Postal Service 'Priority Mail' for delivery.
Each one of our frames is custom-built with military-grade precision and care. As such, our standard production time is approximately 5-9 business days plus FedEx Ground shipping from our facility.
